Senior Product Designer, Growth

About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading AI productivity platform seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their Growth team in Berlin. This is a hybrid role that combines focused remote work with collaborative in-person time at their Berlin hub.

In this position, you will shape the complete user journey from first touch through activation, retention, and expansion. You'll partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to create experiences that are both beautiful and demonstrably effective at driving growth metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of critical growth touchpoints including onboarding flows, activation sequences, referral programs, and upgrade experiences across the product suite
• Design holistic user journeys rather than isolated screens, connecting key moments into coherent end-to-end experiences
• Transform quantitative and qualitative research into clear, compelling design solutions that move core growth metrics
• Lead experimentation efforts by defining hypotheses, designing A/B tests, and iterating rapidly based on data
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing teams to align on strategy and deliver high-quality work
• Contribute to and evolve the company's design system, ensuring consistency and quality at scale
• Maintain exceptional craft standards in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy to elevate the quality of all shipped work

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of product design experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on growth, conversion, or lifecycle design
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work with measurable business impact
• Deep expertise in experimentation and data-informed design decision-making
• Proficiency in Figma and working knowledge of prototyping tools
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities—you can articulate design rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments with high ambiguity
• Located in or willing to relocate to Berlin, Germany

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €95,000 – €135,000 per year, plus equity.
