Senior Technical Asset Manager – Real Estate (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential real estate advisory organization seeking a Senior Technical Asset Manager to join their growing team across multiple German cities including Berlin, Essen, Frankfurt, and Munich. Our talent team is working with a client who values independent thinking, client service excellence, and collaborative problem-solving in the technical asset management space.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical asset management projects and assignments, managing client deliverables in both German and English
• Support clients in developing investment and development strategies with particular focus on permitting, compliance, and cost optimization
• Coordinate with external facility managers, property managers, architects, specialized planners, and project controllers to develop and implement detailed CAPEX and OPEX planning
• Collaborate across internal service lines including transactions, management, sustainability, and infrastructure teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subconsultants
• Contribute to the development and refinement of technical asset management service offerings

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Project Management, Cost Management, Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or comparable technical/business discipline
• Several years of professional experience in asset management or comparable advisory services within the real estate sector
• Ability to grasp complex technical relationships and communicate them clearly to diverse stakeholders
• Hands-on mentality paired with strong client service orientation and attention to detail
• Proven talent for developing and maintaining close relationships with clients and colleagues in international environments
• Fluent German and English language skills for clear and professional communication of technical content
• Experience working with both internal teams and external service providers in a matrix environment
