Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential telecommunications infrastructure organization seeking a Senior Project and Process Manager for Customer Activation. In this role, you will:
- Build lean and efficient processes in collaboration with network engineering and product management teams
- Act as demand manager for IT ticketing and field service systems, prioritizing requirements aligned with business objectives
- Prepare reports and analysis on customer activations and performance metrics for senior leadership
- Ensure a scalable partner base working alongside procurement and partner management
- Support tender processes for onboarding new partners
What We're Looking For
- Proven professional experience in fiber optic network deployment, specifically in customer activation and troubleshooting
- Completed degree in a technical or business field, or technical telecommunications training (fixed-line networks)
- Several years of experience with infrastructure projects or comparable FTTX rollouts
- Multi-year experience in end-customer activation and provisioning
- Successful track record steering and coordinating telecommunications projects with strong project management expertise
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities
- Fluent German and English language skills required
