Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare services organization seeking a skilled software developer to join their technology team. In this role, you will:

• Design and build full-stack web applications using classical approaches without heavy reliance on modern JavaScript frameworks
• Develop and optimize backend solutions for processing large volumes of healthcare data
• Implement sophisticated business software patterns including event-sourcing architectures
• Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing and new software systems supporting nationwide operations
• Contribute to data engineering initiatives that power critical business processes

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a developer with strong fundamentals and a pragmatic approach to building reliable systems:

• Deep, comprehensive knowledge of web technologies including web-based system architecture, databases, HTML, and CSS
• Ideally experience with Python and Django
• Quick learner who can rapidly adapt to new information technologies
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused thinking
• Creativity and flexibility in problem-solving
• Self-motivated, takes initiative, and works well in teams
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C2 level)

The position is based in Neuss, Nordrhein-Westfalen, with flexible arrangements available. Full-time or part-time schedules (minimum 30 hours/week) can be accommodated, with options for fully remote or hybrid work Monday through Friday.
