About This Position

At Cmls, we are seeking a dynamic Broker Relationship Manager to join our Alternative Lending team. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about fostering strong professional relationships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of brokers and driving the success of the Aveo Channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with a diverse portfolio of brokers, including independent and institutional brokers.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to brokers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and support for brokers.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure the success of the Aveo Channel.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or relationship management role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver results.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
