Sanitation Supervisor

Circle-u-foods-inc is hiring a Sanitation Supervisor in Fort Worth, Texas to lead our sanitation operations and ensure our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and health compliance.

What This Role Involves

As Sanitation Supervisor, you'll oversee all cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene operations across our facility. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll set the tone for cleanliness standards, manage a team of sanitation staff, and ensure every area meets regulatory requirements. You'll combine operational oversight with direct involvement in sanitation procedures, making this an ideal role for someone who cares about both leadership and execution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of sanitation and cleaning staff
• Develop, implement, and monitor sanitation schedules and protocols across all facility areas
• Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Train new staff on sanitation procedures, equipment use, and safety requirements
• Document sanitation activities, inspections, and corrective actions as required
• Manage sanitation supplies, equipment maintenance, and inventory
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance sanitation effectiveness
• Ensure adherence to local health codes and company sanitation policies
