Weoneil is hiring a Chief Information Officer in Irvine, CA to lead enterprise technology strategy and operations. In this full-time executive role reporting to our Chief Executive Officer, you'll serve as the senior information technology leader guiding how technology drives business value across the organization.
About the Role
The Chief Information Officer position is a member of the Executive Leadership Team responsible for establishing and executing the organization's technology vision. You'll oversee the complete enterprise technology function, from infrastructure and operations to applications, data analytics, and cybersecurity. Partnering closely with business unit presidents and leaders across all regional operations, you'll position technology as a strategic business enabler while building and developing a high-performing technology organization.
What You'll Do
- Establish a technology direction that supports the organization's business goals and competitive positioning
- Lead the technology organization spanning applications, data and analytics, infrastructure and operations, and cybersecurity
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing technology leadership team and organization
- Work closely with Presidents and Business Unit leaders to understand technology needs and deliver solutions enabling business success
- Establish a dependable, flexible, and secure technology infrastructure supporting organizational growth and execution
- Coordinate technology initiatives across all regional operations and collaborate with shared services functions
What You Bring
- Extensive executive leadership experience in technology and IT operations, typically in a Chief Information Officer, VP Technology, or similar senior role
- Demonstrated ability to connect technology direction with business priorities and communicate technology concepts to executives and business leaders
- Strong expertise in enterprise technology architecture, infrastructure, applications, data management, and cybersecurity
- Proven success building and leading high-performing teams in complex, multi-regional organizations
- Track record of managing substantial technology budgets and delivering measurable business results
- Executive presence and collaborative leadership style for partnering with C-suite and business executives
