Position Summary

As a Warehouse Specialist at Wondfousa, you'll be the backbone of our warehouse operations, managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and reliability are valued, handling everything from receiving goods to preparing orders for delivery. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory using warehouse management systems
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications and deadlines
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring accurate location tracking
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following safety protocols
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory verification
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper placement and secure packaging of items
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and shipping schedules

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven warehouse, logistics, or similar operational experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to safety and quality standards
