Novel Office is recruiting a Manager - Investment Sales in Bangalore, Karnataka, to lead real estate investment sales initiatives and drive revenue growth within our capital markets division. About This Position
This full-time role sits at the heart of our real estate investment sales operation. You'll manage a portfolio of institutional and corporate clients, translating market insights into actionable investment strategies. Your analytical rigour and commercial acumen will shape how we compete in India's competitive real estate capital markets.
What You'll Do
- Lead the investment sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure, managing relationships with institutional investors and corporate buyers
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies aligned with market conditions and client investment criteria
- Conduct financial and feasibility analysis on real estate investment opportunities to support client decision-making
- Prepare presentations, investment summaries, and due diligence materials for prospective investors
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting real estate capital markets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience and transaction execution
- Maintain pipeline integrity and report on sales metrics and client engagement
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience in real estate sales, investment advisory, or capital markets—preferably in an investment sales context
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to assess real estate investments comprehensively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and demonstrable track record of hitting sales targets
- Knowledge of Indian real estate market dynamics and institutional investment landscape
