About the Role

As a Lead Coach, you'll be the cornerstone of our youth sports programs, fostering a fun and engaging environment where kids can grow both personally and athletically. Your role will be to develop and implement training sessions, create a positive team atmosphere, and ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and lead daily training sessions, focusing on skill development and teamwork.
• Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other coaches to ensure consistent support for kids.
• Assist in the recruitment and development of new coaches and volunteers.
• Participate in regular team and program evaluations to improve and adapt strategies.

What You Bring

• A passion for youth sports and a commitment to making a positive impact on young lives.
• Experience in coaching or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to motivate and engage young athletes.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain certification.
• A background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
