We're seeking a Civil Designer to support the development and refinement of engineering projects throughout Louisiana and the surrounding area. Core Duties

• Develop and refine civil design plans, drawings, and comprehensive technical documentation
• Support projects through all phases from initial concept through final design delivery
• Collaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Conduct site evaluations and compile field data to inform and validate design recommendations
• Maintain organized project records, documentation, and design files for easy retrieval and future reference
• Present and communicate design concepts clearly with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
• Apply civil engineering standards and best practices to all design work
