Your Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary development teams managing one or more concurrent projects
- Serve as the key liaison connecting clients, studio leadership, development teams, and project stakeholders
- Track project progress to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgeted resources
- Maintain quality standards that consistently satisfy client expectations and organizational requirements
- Oversee the complete product development cycle, from conception through launch and live operations
- Manage key tasks and strategic objectives tied to software product development and delivery
What We're Looking For
You bring experience leading teams and managing software development projects in a professional environment. You communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, understand the software development lifecycle, and have demonstrated success keeping projects aligned with timelines and budgets. A background as a Producer or in an equivalent leadership role is essential. You're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing ambiguity while maintaining focus on project outcomes.
