Product Manager – Portland Metro

Oneapp is hiring a Product Manager based in the Portland Metro area to lead a core revenue-generating product used daily by property managers and renters. This full-time position, reporting to the Director of Product, offers compensation ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually and the opportunity to drive product strategy and revenue growth for an established platform in the rental housing market.

Position Summary

As a Product Manager at Oneapp, you'll own a product end-to-end—from strategy through execution. Your product is a primary revenue driver serving property management companies and renters daily. You'll deepen its value for existing customers while driving revenue growth by enhancing user workflows, improving the data model that powers applications, screening, claims, and approval experiences, and collaborating on Oneapp's next-generation platform. This is a key opportunity to shape how renters and property managers interact with the rental housing ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for an established, revenue-generating product used across the rental housing industry
• Identify and execute improvements to user workflows and the data model supporting applications, screening, claims, and approval processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deepen product value for existing customers and unlock new revenue opportunities
• Own your product's user experience and feature prioritization while contributing to Oneapp's broader platform vision
• Drive adoption and engagement by solving real problems for property management companies and renters

Requirements

• Proven product management experience, particularly with revenue-generating products or platforms
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to balance customer needs with business objectives
• Experience collaborating across engineering, design, and business teams to ship products
• Comfort working with data models and technical product architecture
• Demonstrated ability to improve workflows and user experiences through iterative product development
