SKIMS is hiring a full-time Supervisor (Operations) at our flagship store on 5th Avenue. Lead an energetic retail team, drive operational excellence, and shape the customer experience for one of the most dynamic fashion retailers in Manhattan.

What You'll Do

• Direct daily store operations and orchestrate shifts to meet sales and service targets
• Mentor and develop team members through in-the-moment coaching and performance feedback
• Champion a customer-first mindset by modeling exceptional service standards on the floor
• Cultivate an inclusive, high-performing team environment grounded in SKIMS' core values
• Monitor inventory, merchandising, and store presentation to maintain operational standards
• Collaborate with store management on strategy execution and problem-solving

Requirements

• Proven retail or hospitality supervisory experience
