Seeking a Sales Support Manager, Customer Success to join Commandlink in a remote role based in the Philippines. As a key player in our customer success team, you'll drive satisfaction and loyalty among our clients.
About the Role
- Lead and manage a team of sales support specialists to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve product offerings.
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Train and mentor sales support team members to maintain high standards of customer service.
Core Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales support team.
- Ensure all customer inquiries are handled promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales support or customer success management.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing a team of at least 10 members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with CRM software and customer service tools.
