Bilingual (English/Spanish) Energy Services Program Specialist

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential sustainability organization focused on energy efficiency programs. We're seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Energy Services Program Specialist to provide project coordination and exceptional customer service for a program delivering low-to-no cost energy upgrades to residential customers in Oregon.

This position requires residency in Oregon or SW Washington and fluency in both English and Spanish. The role involves occasional travel (up to 10%) within the service area, so reliable transportation is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple energy efficiency upgrade projects simultaneously at various completion phases, supporting customers and coordinating with contractors throughout the process
• Provide bilingual assistance to English and Spanish-speaking customers and contractors via email and phone, addressing inquiries related to energy program participation
• Document customer conversations, provide product/service recommendations, and advise on program participation requirements and next steps
• Identify project roadblocks and collaborate with the program team to ensure successful completion
• Support customer qualification processes and perform complex data entry and incentive processing activities
• Manage program data and prepare, analyze, and review reports and spreadsheets for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility verification
• Maintain ongoing communication with participating customers to assess needs and gather feedback on their program experience
• Propose and implement programmatic enhancements to strengthen internal capacity for delivering energy-efficiency services
• Prepare and review required program documentation while coordinating across internal and external departments
• Participate in and present at community events to raise awareness and educate customers about energy-saving practices and available programs

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience in non-profit organizations, residential contracting, community organizing, environmental advocacy, energy efficiency, or construction project management
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent writing and reporting capabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse populations
• Ability to work effectively under stress, manage interruptions, and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must pass pre-employment background checks

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $48,800 - $66,300 USD annual salary. Final compensation is determined based on your skills, relevant experience, and qualifications.
