Sales Closer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential online education organization that is experiencing rapid global expansion. Our client connects working professionals with expert-led courses and has built a substantial international learning community since 2020. We're seeking experienced Sales Closers in Mexico who are passionate about consultative sales and helping professionals advance their careers.

This is a remote position working with warm, pre-qualified leads. You'll guide prospective students through educational program enrollment in a high-ticket sales environment with strong earning potential for top performers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales consultations with warm, pre-qualified leads who have already scheduled calls
• Help prospective students identify the best educational path aligned with their career goals
• Close high-ticket program enrollments through consultative, relationship-based selling
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline management in CRM systems
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Admissions, and Student Success
• Provide customer insights and feedback to improve programs and sales processes

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in high-ticket or consultative sales environments
• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Strong relationship-building abilities and skilled at handling objections
• Comfortable working with modern sales tools and CRM platforms
• Excellent time-management and organizational capabilities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Passionate about education and helping people transform their careers
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments
• Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required for exceptional candidates
