We are seeking engineers across multiple specialties and career levels who are excited about directing intelligent AI agents to build software, workflows, integrations, and automations—while applying rigorous engineering judgment to ensure production-ready solutions.

Multiple roles are available including orchestration engineers, middleware engineers, platform engineers, and software engineers who work in an agentic, AI-first development environment.

Location: United States (Remote available; Hybrid for candidates within commuting distance of client offices)

Responsibilities

All engineers in this practice share core responsibilities:

• Build production-ready software, workflows, automations, or infrastructure using AI-native development practices
• Direct AI agents to generate code, documentation, workflows, and tests while maintaining ownership of technical quality
• Validate AI-generated work through testing, debugging, peer review, and sound engineering judgment
• Design reliable systems that anticipate failures, recover gracefully, and provide operational visibility
• Replace repetitive manual processes with intelligent automation
• Document architectures, workflows, technical decisions, and operational procedures
• Collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business teams
• Continuously improve engineering practices by identifying automation opportunities

Specialty-specific responsibilities include:

Orchestration Track: Design multi-agent workflows, build business process automation, develop orchestration logic across operational systems, improve workflow reliability and monitoring

Software Engineering Track: Develop new products and platform capabilities, build reusable services and internal tools, create automated testing strategies, improve developer productivity

Middleware Track: Build enterprise APIs and integrations, connect internal systems with external platforms, design authentication and secure data exchange, improve interoperability

Platform Track: Design cloud architecture, build deployment pipelines, manage infrastructure automation, improve platform reliability and scalability

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Experience using AI-native development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) as part of your primary engineering workflow
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated solutions for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability
• Experience building software or automation deployed in production environments
• Strong understanding of APIs, authentication, and modern software architecture
• Excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking abilities
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Passion for continuous learning and emerging technologies

Preferred experience in one or more:

• Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• REST APIs, GraphQL, SQL
• AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform
• Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Workflow orchestration frameworks (n8n, LangGraph, CrewAI)
• Event-driven architectures
• Enterprise integration platforms
• Healthcare technology or regulated industries
