About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking an Account Specialist to support customers through the lease-to-loan transition process. This offshore position is based in the Philippines and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by guiding customers through important financial decisions with clarity and care.

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted point of contact for customers moving from auto lease agreements to auto loans, ensuring they understand requirements, complete necessary steps, and receive timely support throughout the process. You'll work with documentation, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain high service standards in a detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding lease-to-loan transitions and general account inquiries
• Guide customers through application requirements, documentation needs, and timeline expectations
• Monitor application progress and proactively follow up on missing or incomplete information
• Communicate loan decisions, disclosures, and key terms clearly while adhering to regulatory procedures
• Review and verify loan and closing details for accuracy before document preparation
• Escalate complex requests to appropriate internal teams to ensure efficient resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and application status

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Experience in customer support within financial services, automotive, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes clearly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities for managing documentation accurately
• Capability to prioritize multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Proficiency with standard productivity tools and CRM systems

Preferred:

• Background in auto lending or lease-end servicing
• Experience reviewing documentation for completeness in regulated environments
• Track record of managing high-volume phone interactions while maintaining quality
• Familiarity with loan disclosures, customer communications, and process controls
