Customer (Supplier) Support Associate – German

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential compliance technology organization seeking a Customer Support Associate with German language skills to join their Supplier Support team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will work directly with suppliers across Europe to gather compliance information, provide guidance on regulatory requirements, and ensure quality documentation throughout the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with suppliers through multiple channels including emails, chats, and conference calls to gather compliance information and assist with regulatory requests
• Support top-tier suppliers by serving as a valuable resource to help them respond to compliance requirements
• Handle inbound emails and chats from suppliers, providing troubleshooting support and navigation assistance while delivering a positive customer experience
• Engage with unrespersive suppliers through outreach campaigns, educational initiatives, and webinar invitations
• Provide language support for internal translations, webinar hosting, and sales team discussions with German-speaking prospects
• Collaborate with internal teams to strategize approaches for new customer onboarding, compliance campaigns, and supplier issue resolution
• Validate and perform quality assurance on compliance data submitted by suppliers
• Act as a peer mentor to other support team members as needed

What We're Looking For

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German is required
• Bachelor's degree or higher diploma from a recognized institution
• 1-2 years of related work experience in administration, customer support, call centers, research, or data management
• Strong time management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Google Applications
• Self-starter mentality with excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Solutions-first attitude with proactive engagement approach
• Ability to build productive working relationships both internally and externally
