Account Executive

Join Xplor as an Account Executive in Rosenberg, TX, US, in a full-time remote position. We're seeking a results-driven sales professional to manage and grow client accounts while building lasting partnerships within our merchant-focused business division.

About the Role

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll own the client relationship journey—from onboarding through expansion. This remote role gives you the autonomy to work from anywhere while maintaining direct accountability for account performance, growth strategy, and customer success. You'll serve as the trusted advisor for your portfolio, working across teams to deliver value and solve business challenges.

Core Duties

• Manage and expand assigned accounts by identifying growth opportunities and driving revenue expansion
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Execute account plans focused on customer adoption, product utilization, and satisfaction
• Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client needs
• Coordinate with implementation and support teams to ensure successful customer outcomes
• Track account metrics, pipeline forecasts, and CRM data with accuracy and consistency
• Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets and account growth objectives

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct enterprise sales or account management experience
• Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage C-level executives
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales technology platforms
• Capability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals and extended sales cycles
• Excellent organizational abilities and self-motivation in a remote environment
• Eagerness to learn and advocate for innovative software solutions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional sales experience
