About This Position
As an Executive in our IPQA Environmental Monitoring team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the rigorous quality and environmental standards that define Amneal's commitment to excellence. Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, you'll ensure that our manufacturing environment meets or exceeds all regulatory requirements through systematic monitoring, analysis, and documented oversight.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct routine environmental monitoring across production facilities to assess air quality, cleanliness, and contamination levels
- Collect environmental samples and data using precision monitoring equipment, maintaining chain-of-custody protocols
- Analyse and interpret environmental data through specialised software and statistical methods to identify trends and deviations
- Maintain comprehensive records and audit trails documenting all monitoring activities, results, and corrective actions
- Communicate monitoring findings, environmental compliance status, and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams
- Support environmental remediation efforts and process improvements to address identified gaps or risks
What You Bring
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance, environmental monitoring, or related disciplines
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with environmental monitoring equipment and data management software
- Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical regulations (GMP, ICH guidelines) and environmental monitoring standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for stakeholder reporting and cross-team collaboration
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data collection and documentation
- Ability to work methodically within quality systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
