About the Role

In this full-time day shift position, you manage the critical first checkpoint in the revenue cycle. Before a claim can proceed, patient eligibility and insurance coverage must be verified with flawless accuracy—and your leadership ensures this validation happens consistently across your team. Using industry portals and APIs, you'll oversee coverage verification at scale, preventing costly errors and protecting the organisation's revenue integrity at every stage.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coach a team of eligibility verification specialists in day shift operations
• Oversee verification of patient insurance coverage using dedicated portals and API systems
• Review and validate patient eligibility and coverage data before claims enter processing
• Monitor team metrics, quality standards, and compliance with organisational verification protocols
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance accuracy and reduce claim denials
• Resolve complex eligibility exceptions and discrepancies with clinical and revenue cycle partners
• Maintain audit-ready records and reporting on verification outcomes and team performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in healthcare eligibility verification, benefits determination, or revenue cycle operations
• Demonstrated team leadership, supervisory, or coaching experience
• Strong technical proficiency with insurance verification portals and API-based systems
• Meticulous attention to detail and accountability for verification accuracy
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work full-time day shift hours in Vellore, Tamil Nadu
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance eligibility, payer requirements, and coding standards
