Account Manager / Producer – Creator & Social Media Campaigns

In this full-time role, you'll be the driving force behind campaign production, coordinating talent, managing timelines, and ensuring exceptional work reaches audiences on schedule.

What This Role Involves

You'll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, bridging client vision with production reality. Every day brings new challenges: managing campaign workflows, liaising between clients and creative teams, troubleshooting production logistics, and keeping stakeholders aligned. This is hands-on work for someone energised by fast-moving environments where ownership and adaptability matter more than repetition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of creator and social media campaigns, from brief through final deployment
• Coordinate production schedules, talent coordination, and shoot logistics to keep campaigns on track
• Manage client relationships, gathering requirements, providing regular updates, and managing expectations
• Liaise with creative, production, and technical teams to ensure consistent quality and on-time delivery
• Track project progress, budgets, and timelines to identify risks and keep work moving forward
• Quality-check campaign assets and deliverables before handoff

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management, production coordination, or campaign delivery within agencies or marketing environments
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with social media platforms and creator ecosystems
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to problem-solve in a dynamic setting
• Enthusiasm for creative work and collaborative teamwork
