Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are completed to specification
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation to maximise efficiency and value delivery
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders including government agencies, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project outcomes
- Monitor team performance and provide support to ensure high-quality delivery
- Document lessons learned and implement continuous improvements across projects
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager, ideally within public sector consulting or government transformation
- Strong understanding of public services, policy environments, or government operations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrable ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Knowledge of project delivery frameworks and methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead teams through challenges
