Account Executive

Xplor is hiring a full-time Account Executive for a remote position based in our Southlake, TX office. In this role, you'll drive new business development and build lasting client relationships while representing a leading software solutions provider serving thousands of merchants and service businesses worldwide.

Position Summary

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll own the full sales cycle for new business opportunities, from prospect identification through contract close and implementation kickoff. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a dynamic sales team focused on expanding our presence in the payments and business management software space. You'll be accountable for building a strong pipeline, closing deals, and meeting revenue targets that drive company growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and inbound inquiry management
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client pain points, business objectives, and software requirements
• Deliver customized product demonstrations and solution presentations to decision-makers
• Develop and present detailed proposals with pricing, implementation timelines, and value alignment
• Negotiate contract terms and close deals within defined sales cycle expectations
• Manage pipeline accuracy and forecast using CRM systems and sales tools
• Coordinate with implementation and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in B2B enterprise or mid-market sales, ideally in SaaS, software, or payment solutions
• Consultative selling mindset with the ability to articulate complex solutions in terms of business impact
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with C-level and technical stakeholders
• Self-directed and highly motivated in a remote working environment with strong time management
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales productivity tools
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation capabilities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional sales experience
