About This Position

This is a full-time LGV Driver role with DPD Group UK in Sittingbourne. You'll operate modern large goods vehicles to transport parcels and packages throughout the region, working within our efficient distribution network. Core Duties

• Operate and maintain large goods vehicles in line with all traffic and transport regulations
• Plan efficient delivery routes and manage parcel consignments securely
• Collect, sort, and deliver parcels to residential and commercial addresses
• Conduct pre-journey vehicle inspections and report any mechanical faults
• Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and company procedures

Qualifications

• Valid LGV Category C or C+E driving licence
• Minimum 12 months recent LGV driving experience
• Clean driving record and professional approach to safety
• Excellent time management and route planning ability
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
• Flexibility and reliability in meeting delivery commitments
