Role Overview

As a Customer Service Associate in Sebring, you'll be the welcoming face of our store. You'll interact with customers throughout their visit, handle transactions, maintain our store's appearance, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. This full-time position plays a key role in keeping Store 5370 operating efficiently while building relationships with our community.

Your Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
• Operate the cash register, process payments accurately, and maintain a secure drawer
• Stock shelves with merchandise and keep displays organized and appealing
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Clean and maintain store areas, including restrooms, sales floors, and work stations
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and food handling guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily and weekly goals
• Report store issues or customer concerns to management

Skills & Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-focused demeanor with genuine interest in helping others
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Basic math skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–30 pounds regularly
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization
• Reliability and professional communication skills
• Food handling certification or willingness to obtain one is a plus
