What This Role Involves

As Shift Supervisor at Carlislellc, you'll oversee daily operations during your shift, maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and customer satisfaction. You'll serve as the point person for your team, handling critical decisions that keep operations running smoothly and supporting both your crew and the broader management structure.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members throughout your shift, ensuring everyone works efficiently and safely
• Monitor food preparation, presentation, and safety standards to meet company and health regulations
• Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and financial accuracy at shift close
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
• Conduct inventory checks and manage stock levels, reporting discrepancies
• Train new staff members and provide ongoing coaching to develop team capability
• Schedule staff as needed and adapt to operational demands
• Communicate with other shifts and management about operational notes and handoffs

What You Bring

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Strong ability to motivate, train, and manage team members effectively
• Knowledge of food safety, health codes, and operational best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
• Reliable attendance and the flexibility to work varying shift schedules
