About This Position

Atriumhospitality is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager II with fluency in both English and Spanish to lead human resources initiatives across our Richardson location. This role combines hands-on HR expertise with leadership responsibilities, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance while serving as a bridge between management and our multilingual workforce.

What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment and hiring efforts, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Manage employee relations, handle workplace concerns, and ensure fair application of company policies and procedures
• Administer benefits programs, payroll coordination, and maintain accurate personnel records
• Develop and deliver training programs for managers and staff on HR policies, compliance, and professional development
• Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, evaluations, and improvement plans
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Utilize bilingual capabilities to communicate effectively with English and Spanish-speaking employees and applicants
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic HR planning and organizational development

Skills & Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• 3+ years of experience in a human resources management role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong knowledge of employment law, regulations, and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
• HR certification (SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) preferred
