Role Overview

As a Barista with Atriumhospitality in Richardson, you'll be the face of our coffee operation, responsible for preparing and serving specialty beverages, managing the espresso station, and creating memorable interactions with every customer. What You'll Do

• Prepare espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, and other beverages to consistent quality standards
• Operate and maintain espresso machines and coffee equipment with attention to detail
• Take customer orders accurately, remember preferences, and provide personalized recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized barista station and ensure proper sanitation throughout your shift
• Work collaboratively with team members during peak service periods and multi-station coverage
• Handle cash, card transactions, and POS systems accurately
• Support inventory management and communicate restocking needs to management
