As a Relationship Banker at Wells Fargo's Dallas location in Prestonwood Town Center, you'll serve as a trusted banking advisor to our customers. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
- Open new deposit and credit accounts
- Present banking products and services that match customer financial needs
- Process transactions and respond to customer service requests
- Develop customer relationships to build loyalty and identify additional banking needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all regulatory requirements
- Work toward individual and team sales and service goals
What You Bring
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfort working in a dynamic, client-facing banking environment
- Genuine interest in helping customers with their financial needs
- Professional presence and reliable work ethic
- Prior banking or retail customer service experience is a plus
