What This Role Involves

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of Wawa for our guests, creating positive, memorable experiences at the point of sale and throughout the store. This full-time position puts you at the heart of daily operations, where your friendliness, attention to detail, and work ethic directly impact customer satisfaction and store performance.

Your Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with purchases and product information
• Operate the register accurately and efficiently, handling cash and digital payments
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked, including monitoring inventory levels
• Support food and beverage preparation, following health and safety standards
• Handle customer questions and concerns with patience and professionalism
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow company policies and procedures in all work activities
