As a Customer Service Associate at our Ocean City location, you'll work at the front lines of Wawa's commitment to friendly, reliable service. You'll engage with customers throughout their visit, whether they're grabbing a quick snack, ordering food, or paying at the register. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection and inquiries
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and process cash and card transactions
• Take and prepare food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and restock shelves and displays
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
• Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic math skills and comfort with point-of-sale technology
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Food handling experience or willingness to obtain certification a plus
