Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, prompt service to customers at the register and throughout the store
• Operate cash registers accurately and process various payment methods
• Prepare food and beverages according to company standards and customer requests
• Stock shelves and displays with merchandise and maintain organized displays
• Clean and maintain store areas, restrooms, and equipment to uphold health and safety standards
• Help customers locate products and answer questions about store offerings
• Monitor inventory and report stock levels to management
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and security measures

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability and a commitment to showing up on time
• Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Willingness to learn new systems and follow company standards
