The Opportunity

This is a full-time position with Wawa, a trusted convenience store brand serving communities across the Mid-Atlantic region. As a Customer Service Associate at our Fredericksburg location, you'll be the face of our store, creating positive customer experiences while keeping operations running smoothly. You'll work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where your contributions directly impact how shoppers perceive Wawa and their loyalty to our brand.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, answer questions about products and promotions, and process transactions at the register with accuracy and efficiency
• Stock shelves, restock coolers, and maintain product displays throughout the store to ensure neat appearance and availability
• Prepare food and beverage items, including custom orders, following company recipes and food safety standards
• Keep the sales floor, restrooms, and back areas clean, organized, and welcoming
• Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to management
• Support store operations by assisting with opening and closing procedures
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues when needed
