The Opportunity

We're seeking a dependable and friendly Customer Service Associate to work at our Ramsey, New Jersey convenience store. In this role, you'll be the face of Wawa, greeting customers, processing transactions, and ensuring every visit meets our standard for service excellence. Whether you're assisting customers at checkout or helping behind our food preparation counter, you'll play an essential part in the daily operations of our busy location.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service at checkout and throughout the store
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle transactions accurately
• Prepare food items including sandwiches, coffee, and other made-to-order beverages following established procedures
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves and organizing inventory
• Assist customers in locating products and answer questions about merchandise
• Work flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Support the team in resolving customer concerns and creating a positive shopping experience
