Key Responsibilities

• Operate front-load waste collection trucks on daily routes within 5176-Palestine and surrounding service areas
• Perform safe collection procedures, including proper equipment operation and loading techniques
• Maintain accurate collection records and route completion logs
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment safety and reliability
• Interact professionally with customers and resolve routine service inquiries
• Adhere to all safety regulations, DOT compliance requirements, and company operating standards

Who We're Looking For

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Physical capability to perform the demands of waste collection, including repetitive lifting and exertion
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and following established protocols
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
