Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments across multiple facilities and departments
• Register new and returning patients, collecting and verifying demographic and insurance information
• Answer patient inquiries via phone and in-person, directing them to appropriate services
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility before appointments
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and appointment systems
• Process patient paperwork and ensure compliance with healthcare documentation standards
• Coordinate between patients and clinical departments to optimize scheduling
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and patient concerns professionally
