Banquet Set-Up Attendant

Atriumhospitality is seeking a full-time Banquet Set-Up Attendant in Richardson, TX to help create the perfect backdrop for memorable events and celebrations.

About the Role

As a Banquet Set-Up Attendant, you'll be the hands-on professional who transforms empty function spaces into beautifully arranged banquet rooms ready for guests. Working closely with our event coordination and catering teams, you'll ensure every table, chair, and detail is positioned exactly as planned before each service begins. This is hands-on work that requires physical engagement and attention to detail—you'll take pride in creating the polished environments where our guests experience special moments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Arrange tables, chairs, and linens according to event floor plans and specifications
• Set place settings, napkins, glassware, and silverware with precision
• Position centerpieces, floral arrangements, and decorative elements
• Prepare and organize buffet stations, registration areas, and service stations
• Move, lift, and arrange furniture and equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and make adjustments before guest arrival
• Respond quickly to last-minute setup changes and special requests
• Break down and reset rooms after events, returning items to storage
• Follow safety protocols and help maintain a clean, organized banquet area

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to creating polished event spaces
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work full-time hours
• Ability to take direction and adjust quickly to changing setup requirements
• Collaborative team player who communicates well with colleagues
• Positive attitude and genuine interest in hospitality and event services
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
