Role Overview

We're seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician I to maintain and support the facilities at our Nashville-area resort. In this full-time role, you'll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and complete repairs across resort systems. Your work will directly contribute to a safe, comfortable environment for our guests and staff.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
• Respond to maintenance requests and service calls promptly and professionally
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and complete repairs or coordinate replacements
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate equipment service records
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to manage work orders and priorities
• Adhere to safety protocols and building codes in all maintenance activities
• Report equipment issues and facility concerns to maintenance leadership

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training in maintenance preferred
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and mechanical equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable transportation and ability to maintain scheduled availability
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well with team members and guests
• Physical ability to lift, climb, and work in various environments throughout the resort
