Field Marketing Specialist

Wynd is hiring a Field Marketing Specialist to drive go-to-market initiatives and build brand presence across Atlanta. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Atlanta office.

Position Summary

As a Field Marketing Specialist at Wynd, you'll execute local marketing campaigns, manage community activations, and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders throughout the Atlanta region. You'll combine strategic planning with hands-on execution, creating measurable impact for our brand in the field. This role connects our corporate marketing vision with direct community engagement, making you essential to our growth in the Atlanta market.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute field marketing campaigns, including events, sponsorships, and brand activations within Atlanta
• Coordinate logistics for marketing events, trade shows, and community programs
• Develop and maintain relationships with local partners, vendors, and key stakeholders
• Track campaign performance, analyze results, and report on key metrics and ROI
• Create promotional materials and collateral to support field marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with sales and corporate marketing teams to align field efforts with company objectives
• Manage field marketing budgets and negotiate with vendors

Who We're Looking For

• Prior experience in field marketing, event marketing, or brand promotion
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools
• Creative thinker with solid execution abilities
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the region as needed
