Role Overview

As a Guest Services Associate at Starr Pass Golf Suites Resort, you'll be the welcoming face of our property. You'll manage guest interactions from arrival through departure, handle inquiries about our resort facilities and services, and ensure every visitor feels valued and well-cared-for throughout their stay with Wynd.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and coordinate check-in procedures
• Answer guest inquiries about resort amenities, activities, dining options, and local attractions
• Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely, professional manner
• Process reservations and modifications using our booking system
• Assist guests with special requests and resolve concerns promptly
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front-of-house environment
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Collect and process guest feedback to support continuous improvement
