The Opportunity

WorldMark Oceanside Harbor Resort welcomes a skilled Maintenance Technician II to ensure all resort systems and guest spaces remain in excellent working condition throughout the busy season. In this hands-on role, you'll be part of a team committed to guest satisfaction and property excellence, addressing maintenance needs promptly and professionally while supporting the resort's operational success.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on resort HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and appliances
• Inspect guest units and common areas, identifying and prioritizing maintenance needs
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and complete repairs or coordinate specialized service calls
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs and work order documentation
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and emergency repairs in a timely manner
• Assist with general grounds upkeep, landscape maintenance, and facility safety
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to complete larger projects and seasonal maintenance tasks

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar hands-on maintenance role
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliance repair
• Ability to operate power tools and test equipment safely
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Physical ability to lift, bend, climb, and work in various weather conditions
