About This Position
As a Tour Guide at Wynd in Angels Camp, you'll be the face of our tours, welcoming guests and transporting them back to the region's gold rush heritage and beyond. You'll guide small to medium groups through historic sites, natural landscapes, and local attractions while maintaining an engaging, informative, and welcoming presence throughout each tour.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead scheduled tours with professionalism, enthusiasm, and accurate historical and cultural knowledge
- Provide compelling narratives that bring Angels Camp's unique story to life for diverse audiences
- Ensure guest safety and comfort throughout tours, following all protocols and procedures
- Answer guest questions and engage with visitors in a friendly, responsive manner
- Maintain tour schedules and manage group logistics, including headcount and timing
- Represent Wynd's brand and values with every interaction
