Guest Services Associate – WorldMark Birch Bay

Wynd is hiring a Guest Services Associate—WorldMark Birch Bay, our premier resort property in Birch Bay. This is a full-time position where you'll deliver exceptional guest experiences and be the welcoming first point of contact for visitors to our destination.

About the Role

As a Guest Services Associate at WorldMark Birch Bay, you're central to creating positive, memorable stays. You'll greet guests with genuine warmth, address their needs with professionalism, and coordinate seamlessly across departments to ensure every visitor feels valued and well-supported throughout their time at our resort.

What You'll Do

• Check guests in and out with efficiency and genuine hospitality
• Answer questions about resort amenities, facilities, activities, and local attractions
• Process reservations, updates, and guest account information accurately
• Resolve guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs
• Handle payments, process transactions securely, and maintain accurate records
• Provide thoughtful recommendations for dining and experiences
• Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front-desk environment
• Follow company policies and uphold guest safety and data security standards

Skills & Qualifications

• Customer service experience, ideally in hospitality or guest-facing environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Composure and professionalism when handling multiple priorities or challenging situations
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfort with computer systems and reservation software (training provided)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including potential weekends and holidays
• Genuine enthusiasm for creating positive guest interactions
