What You'll Do

• Coordinate content production schedules and manage timelines to ensure on-time delivery across all platforms
• Maintain and update content calendars, tracking publishing dates, approval workflows, and asset distribution
• Organize and catalog digital assets, ensuring proper file management and accessibility for content teams
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to gather content requirements and track project status
• Monitor content performance metrics and compile reporting for stakeholders and team leadership
• Support quality assurance processes, reviewing content for accuracy, compliance, and brand standards
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of content reviews, approval meetings, and production cycles

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
