Front Desk Associate (PM Shift) – Wyndham Park City Resort

Join the guest services team at Wyndham Park City Resort as a Front Desk Associate for our evening operations near Park City Frostwood Drive. We're seeking a customer-focused professional to deliver exceptional hospitality during our PM shift hours.

About This Position

This full-time Front Desk Associate role is the cornerstone of our evening guest experience. You'll be the primary point of contact for arriving and departing guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries throughout your PM shift. Your composed, professional demeanor will set the tone for guests' stays at our resort, ensuring every interaction reflects Wyndham's commitment to quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests during evening check-in, processing reservations accurately and efficiently
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly while maintaining composure during busy periods
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support guest needs
• Perform cash handling and payment processing according to company procedures
• Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, and services

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest-facing roles preferred
• Proficiency with hotel management systems and computer programs
• Availability to work the posted PM shift schedule
