About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in our Women's Health Clinic, you will provide direct patient care in a specialized setting dedicated to women's wellness and health maintenance. You'll work alongside physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff to ensure every patient receives personalized attention and evidence-based clinical care. This role combines clinical nursing expertise with patient advocacy, offering the chance to build ongoing relationships with the women in our community while supporting their health goals across multiple visits and care episodes.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, health history documentation, and clinical screening
• Assist with clinical examinations and procedures specific to women's health
• Provide patient education on wellness, preventive care, and condition management
• Maintain detailed, accurate electronic health records and clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate appointments, follow-up care, and referrals
• Support patients with questions and concerns throughout their clinic experience
• Help ensure the clinic operates smoothly through efficient scheduling and communication

Requirements

• Current Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work compassionately with diverse patient populations
