What You'll Do

What You Bring

• 3+ years of operations management experience in banking, financial services, or related industry
• Proven track record of leading teams and achieving operational targets

• Knowledge of financial processes, compliance, and risk management principles
• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with business systems and data analysis tools
